What is Pilates?
Pilates is EXERCISE! Developed by Joseph Pilates and originally called "contrology", it is the result of over 80 years of careful analysis and application of specific exercise principles.
Pilates is a sytematic approach to exercise that helps us effectiely deal with today's stress.
